Factory relocations are common in the construction industry within companies operating on a large scale. Of course, it’s possible to send employees on assignments and equip each site with separate machinery—but this isn’t very cost-effective, especially if only one project is planned at the new location. In such cases, creating a new facility is simply uneconomical. The cost of equipment, along with the time and expense of obtaining permits, significantly lowers project profitability. Therefore, relocating the entire factory is the preferred solution.

As part of our factory relocation service, we provide:
- Disassembly of machinery and production lines, including disconnecting all utilities. The disassembly includes taking over the machines and lines along with a technical report and notes on any faults, documented in a handover protocol.
- Preparation of technical and photographic documentation. All work is logged on specialized disconnection lists, accessible to the client.
- Specialist packing of machinery for road transport (both standard and oversized) within Poland and Europe, as well as for sea and air transport within Europe and selected countries worldwide. Our comprehensive packing service includes the production and securing of crates, pallets, and transport containers.
- Loading of machines, equipment, and production lines from the factory for safe transport to the new site. We perform loading using specialized equipment suited to the load: transport rollers, air cushions, forklifts, or cranes.
- Road, sea, and air transport. Our road transport service includes moving machines via standard trucks with capacities up to 24 tons, as well as oversized vehicles tailored to the size and type of cargo.
- Unloading at the destination. We provide specialized equipment to ensure safe unloading—cranes, forklifts, gantry cranes, and more.
- Installation of machinery and production lines according to the layout, based on documentation prepared during disassembly. If disassembly was not performed by us, we work with client-provided documentation while adhering to all technological standards.
- Connection of utilities at the destination site.
- Commissioning of machinery and production lines.
- Mechanical services, such as mechanical assembly of process lines using mobile hydraulic cranes with electric drives.
