We provide full-scale organization and execution of production line relocations. This includes loading and unloading of equipment, machinery, and containers onto transportation vehicles.
We also handle both standard and oversized road transport to designated locations across Poland and Europe. Additionally, we manage packing, securing, and fastening of machines for the duration of the move. Maritime and air freight options, including container handling, are also available.
Our production line relocation service includes:
- Disassembly of the production line. This includes taking over the line and drafting technical documentation as well as a defect list noted in the handover report.
- Preparation of technical and photographic documentation. All works—including electrical and mechanical tasks—are documented in detailed disconnection logs, accessible to the client.
- Packing and securing the production line for transport. Our comprehensive packing service includes the fabrication and safeguarding of crates, pallets, and transport packaging.
- Loading production line components for transport, using specialized equipment suited to the load—such as transport rollers, air cushions, forklifts, or cranes.
- Organizing road (standard and oversized), sea, and air transport within Europe and selected international destinations. For road transport, we use standard trucks (up to 24 tons payload) and oversized trucks, chosen based on load size and type.
- Unloading the production line at the destination site. We provide the necessary specialized equipment—cranes, forklifts, gantries, and more.
- Installing the production line, including connecting all utilities.
- Starting up the production line to ensure the finished system is functioning correctly.
- Electrical services, including connection and disconnection of installations, construction of new electrical hookups and cable routes—with precise measurements.
