Machine installation – how do we plan the work?
When planning the installation of industrial machines, we take into account the individual needs of each client. Installation carried out during the construction stage of a plant requires careful planning on our part. However, more often clients are expanding their operations and decide to purchase new machines that need to be installed without significant disruption to other ongoing processes at the facility. As part of our machine installation service, we provide:
- Development of an action schedule, so the client knows exactly when and where we will carry out specific assembly work. We inform the client in advance about any potential limitations caused by the planned activities. Knowing these limitations allows temporary reorganization of operations during the installation.
- Transport of machines to the designated location. We offer road, sea, and air transport. For road transport, we provide standard vehicles as well as those capable of carrying oversized loads.
- Positioning of machines according to a prepared layout, safe placement, and connecting all installation elements. We carry out our work in a way that does not disrupt other plant operations. If disturbances are unavoidable, we strive to minimize them.
- Use of our machinery park equipment for transport and assembly tasks. Thanks to our specialized equipment, we are prepared to install even the most complex or heavy installations.
- Flexibility throughout the project – we tailor our work to the client’s needs.
