The biggest challenge in this project was the size and weight of the replaced equipment – the dismantled Husky injection molding machine weighed approximately 70 tons. After extracting it from the hall, our technicians loaded it onto a low-bed oversized transport trailer.
For unloading the new Krauss Maffei 1300 injection molding machine, we also used a crane. To bring it into the hall, we relied on transport rollers and a forklift. The machine was then positioned according to the prepared layout and fully installed. The new equipment was ready for operation on the second day after the start of the project.
