The project involved removing production machines from a facility in Denmark – but that wasn’t all. We were also responsible for unloading, transporting, and bringing the machines into the facility in Poland, and positioning them in their designated spots.
What is usually the biggest challenge in such projects?
Working in clean rooms comes with many difficulties. Maintaining strict cleanliness standards, managing contamination risks, adapting machines to specific conditions, and ensuring proper staff training are all crucial aspects. Additionally, logistics and coordinating actions between teams in multiple locations can introduce further complications.
All of this requires precise planning and close cooperation to ensure that the machines operate in full compliance with technological requirements and quality standards.
