Process stages:
1. Planning and preparation
At the start of the project, we conducted a detailed analysis of the current press location and the target site. We developed a lifting plan that accounted for all factors such as dimensions, equipment capacity, and safety during transport.
2. Equipment selection
For the relocation, we used the Enerpac 200SL gantry, known for its mobility and precision in lifting heavy loads. In addition, we used two cranes: one with a 250-ton capacity and another with 150 tons, ensuring a stable and secure loading process.
3. Execution
On transport day, our technical team conducted a thorough equipment inspection before starting the lifting process. Through synchronized operation of the cranes and gantry, the press was safely lifted and placed onto an SPMT (Self-Propelled Modular Transporter).
4. Transport
Once lifted, the press was transported to its new location. Our team closely monitored the process to minimize risk and ensure the highest level of safety.
