This project involved relocating a polypropylene film production line from Poland to Germany for one of our key clients. We began with detailed planning to ensure a smooth and efficient process. On-site, we carried out a thorough infrastructure assessment, which allowed us to plan the dismantling and transport of the first stage of the project effectively.
Next, our task was not only to safely unload the machines but also to precisely move them into the building.
The key challenge was reassembling the entire production line in its new location. Upon arrival in Germany, our team began detailed installation work to ensure smooth operation and maximum efficiency.
Each stage was carefully monitored to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
