Unloading of a Foundry Machine – SOLLEVAMENTO

The project involved the installation of a foundry machine weighing 45 tons for one of our key clients. We initiated the process with detailed operational planning in cooperation with the Italian team, which allowed us to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. On-site, we carried out a thorough inspection of the infrastructure to optimally plan the transport of the machine into the production hall.

Our task was not only to safely unload the machine but also to precisely bring it into the hall and position it in its designated place using a 200-ton compact crane. Working in such a demanding environment as a foundry required adapting to specific conditions, such as high temperatures and the presence of metallic dust.

The key challenge was ensuring that all activities were carried out in accordance with applicable safety and quality standards. To achieve this, the team had to undergo proper training, and every stage of the project was closely monitored. Logistics and coordination between our team and the client’s staff were essential to avoid delays and ensure smooth operations.
